Gloria Aispuro

White Rose Aqua Cremation Inc.

Gloria Ariaz Aispuro unexpectedly left this world on October 8, 2022 at the age of 84. Born Gloria Louisa Ariaz in Colton, California on February 5, 1938 during The Great Depression. Gloria was one of six children and at a very young age she helped to care for her sick mother. She became a strong, independent, devout Catholic devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Never afraid to be herself, Gloria was the most positive & lively person. Brave & daring, she was a free spirited firecracker who loved music, dancing, laughing and adventure. Blessed with good health, she kept a youthful figure her entire life. Always loving the outdoors and while not driving, you would find her walking around town, taking the Metro, chatting with friends at a local park and, of course, seeing her daily during morning walks. She would take great joy with the earthy scent in the air when the rain stops falling and you wouldn’t be surprised if you spotted her walking in the rain without an umbrella! She loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family and friends. Her Fig Empanadas were well known to party goers at the Aispuro household. Like her mother, she also had six children and is survived by four, a wonderful sister, loving nieces and nephews along with 14 beautiful grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Gloria will be remembered at a Church service on Tuesday, October 25th at 11:00 am at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church followed by a short memorial next door at 12:00 pm at Good Shepherd Cemetery and Mausoleum. After the services we will have a celebration of life at her favorite restaurant Avila’s El Ranchito around 1:30 pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, to make a donation to a charity of your choice.
